Like Mother, Like Daughter

So, my husband sometimes says Fernanda is a mini version of me. I say, she is a mini version of him, she dances like him, she does the same mocking faces he does, and her body language…. It’s like watching Claudio in miniature and with long hair.

But…..who am I kidding; she is just like mama….. . I sat down a couple of days ago and watched her for a couple of minutes.

She….
eats like me (she lifts up her lil pinky when se grabs something)
talks like me (we use a lot of nouns in diminutive form ….)
argues like me (this is Claudio’s favorite, he literally giggles in silence when he hears us argue, he says we sound exactly the same)
laughs like me
and, here’s evidence that she even sleeps like me!!!!!!



(She can’t sleep with light, if we don’t have our sleep mask, our arm does the trick)






So, like mother like daughter!!! Do you think we look alike?

My very first post (is that what you call it?)

Hi! This is our spanglish family blog. Somedays we will write in english, otras en español, i love both anyway. I will encourage my family to create a blog, i find it a great way to keep contact and see how la familia sigue creciendo, I am picture lover, but not so great in taking pictures and posting. I an hoping that with time I will enhance my blog, so.... to my creative blogger friends, (I only have 2 so far, but they've inspired me to start my own) forgive me if I borrow some of your great and creative ideas.
